Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote company services.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of junior field marketing executives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams to align offline and online marketing efforts.
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
Ensure sales targets and marketing KPIs are met consistently.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback to improve marketing strategies.

Skills & Qulifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.

Salary Range

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
