Terms and Conditions

  • Advance Payment: Clients must make an advance payment to begin any project.
  • Late Payment Interest: A 15% interest will be added to the outstanding amount if the payment is not made within 10 days.
  • Task Delivery Time: Once a task is assigned, a minimum of 24 hours is required for delivery.
  • Boosting Setup Time: A minimum of 6 hours is required to initiate any boosting services; no urgent requests will be entertained.
  • Boosting Assignment: Clients should allocate ample time when assigning a boosting task.
  • Boosting Payment: The boosting amount must be paid at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Working Hours: Our official working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Weekend Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays are fixed holidays, and urgent tasks will not be accepted.
  • Rectification Policy: Work rectification is allowed within two revisions; further revisions will require 24 hours, causing potential delays in delivery.
  • Rectification Instructions: Clients are advised to provide a detailed list of required rectifications for efficiency.
  • Termination Notice: Clients must give a 2-month advance notice before terminating any work agreement.
  • Termination Fee: If termination notice is not provided, the client must pay for the full 2-month period as our employees are allocated to the project.
  • Project Scope Changes: Any significant changes in project scope after agreement may incur additional charges.
  • Project Delays: Any delays caused by the client, such as incomplete inputs or feedback, will extend delivery timelines.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information during the project.
  • Intellectual Property: All intellectual property developed during the project remains with Techuniverse Solution until full payment is made.
  • Technical Support: Support after project delivery will be charged separately unless included in the initial agreement.
  • Data Backup: Clients are responsible for maintaining their data backups unless a backup service is contracted.
  • Cancellation of Service: Any request for service cancellation must be made 15 days in advance.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
  • Service Modifications: Any changes in service requirements must be documented in writing.
  • Service Warranty: Techuniverse Solution offers a limited warranty period for projects post-delivery, after which maintenance charges apply.
  • Communication: All official communications must be made via email or written notices.
  • Work Suspension: Techuniverse Solution reserves the right to suspend work if the client fails to meet payment deadlines.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of India, specifically under Kolkata jurisdiction.
  • Force Majeure: Techuniverse Solution is not liable for project delays caused by unforeseen events like natural disasters.
  • Employee Interaction: Clients should not directly communicate with employees unless approved by Techuniverse.
  • Client Approval: All work must be formally approved by the client before final delivery; delays in approval may affect deadlines.
  • GST bill is mandatory for all transactions, and it will include the capital amount plus 18% GST. For example, if the product or service costs Rs. 100, the GST amount will be Rs. 18, making the total payable amount Rs. 118. The GST is calculated by multiplying the capital amount by the applicable rate, in this case, 18%
